Wow, I've really been lazy online lately! I just noticed that my last dA journal was about me not being able to attend Amecon, which was more than a year ago! People must think I've been brooding over that up until now!
But yeah, I've been keeping a different blog this year (in Norwegian
[link]), which I've been good at updating, up until last month. Will have to resurrect that one too, before I loose all my readers. Meh, effort!
It seems like I always have too many things to do, so one or more projects have to suffer. Nowadays I'm busy reading A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin, so my internet-life is suffering. And it does not help that I started playing Sims Social on facebook, so what little time I'm online is spent there. Why don't I learn. STAY AWAY FROM THE FACEBOOK GAMES!! They're addictive!

Anywayssss... As it's been so long since my last update I can't be bothered to write about the events of the last year. The few cosplays I've made can be seen in the gallery. In more recent news, I did attend Ayacon this august (another reason why the Amecon post needed to disappear!). Ayacon was great, and it was so nice to meet old and new friends! Now roll on Kitacon, where I can meet you awesome people again!!! 8D And, well, Expo... But I don't know if I'll buy a ticket for Expo. I guess that depends on who'll win the Norwegian Qualifier for Eurocosplay. Might need to attend that and show my support, seeing as I'll be in the neighborhood that weekend anyway.
As you can see in my gallery I've updated with some pictures from my Nuregami shoot. Nuregami was made for an epic Brush Gods group for Ayacon. And I'm still soooo happy that I got to be a part of it all! Thank you eternal_aranel, for your hard work in getting this group together! I'm a sucker for complete groups, so I couldn't miss out on that one! Yes, big groups from the same series are cool. But complete groups, like having ALLLL the Brush Gods from Okami.. *Hnnng!* 8D So yeah, if you're in need for people to complete a group, poke me.

After having seen the pictures from Ayacon, I quickly decided I needed to take Nuregami out for a photoshoot. Typically enough my facial skin decided to have a major breakout on the week of Ayacon, and I can see that in all the pictures. *RAGE!* So yeah, a photoshoot was needed. Me and

have been waiting a couple of weeks now for some good weather to have the shoot in. But the rainy summer in Oslo, decided to turn into a rainy autumn. And all the sunny days have been on days I was working. Yesterday morning started well enough a with semi-blue sky, so we decided to just go for it. We were running out of time, as the trees are quickly turning an autumn yellow. But sadly enough, by the time we were ready to head out to the photoshoot location (which is no more than a 10 minute walk from my apartment 8D) the sky was grey, and the forecast-man promised rain within a few hours. Still, with the gear packed, and the Nuregami makeup on, we still decided to just go ahead and rushed to it. Which I am very grateful for now.
Most of the pictures turned into blurrrrr as the light was very poor by the time we got there, and the temperature was too cold for a shoot by a flooded river. But we managed to get a few good pictures, so then it's all worth it. Though, there are a few ideas I had for the shoot that couldn't be done because of the temperature/flooded river/bad lightning, so I might drag Nuregami out again come spring, and get the pictures I want of her. But I will surely miss the rest of the Brush Gods Group. I do wish we had more time for more character appropriate shoots at Ayacon. But oh well, one can't have everything.

And that's the story of that.
Taa-raa!
